ALUMINUM CAN RECYCLING
An aluminum can recycling program is currently underway in the Royal Palm Beach and Wellington, Florida area. As EXPANDING HORIZONS' first fundraising effort, it is intended to include as many people as possible and to inform everyone about Project Zawadi's mission. Liberty Scrap, a West Palm Beach recycling facility, has provided EXPANDING HORIZONS' a special pay out rate to ensure Project Zawadi can make the most of its fundraising. If you're in the local area, contact us to arrange a pick up of any cans you've collected. If not in the area, why not start your own recycling program - it's easy!
WE'VE COLLECTED OVER 3/4 MILLION ALUMINUM CANS!!
Thus far, we've collected nearly 27,000 lbs. of cans, or about 810,000 cans!!

Maybe you'd like to collect or you're a member of a group that would like to
collect as a group project - school club, civic organization, HOA, scout troop,
homeschool group, church or other. We can arrange a pick up time and
location that is convenient for you. Please contact us for further details.

We are selling items on Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp and Nextdoor, with all proceeds going to Expanding Horizons.
For those in the Royal Palm Beach/Wellington and West
Palm Beach area, if you have items you'd like to donate,
please contact us to arrange pick up. Sales include,
but are not limited to furniture, home decor, toys,
games, garden, jewelry, baby and kids, pets,
electronics and arts & crafts.
No upholstered furniture or clothing please.
Sales proceeds thus far are approximately $29,000.
